Title says it all, I don't have much more to add here. Maybe drizzle some on the mozz on a caprese sandwich? Dust some eggs with it? Thats all that comes to mind with about 30 seconds of thought.
Put it on tomatoes to really pump up that tomato flavor. This is a serious suggestion based on recent tomatoes I've bought.
I did have that idea but didnt know if it was bad or not
It's great with potatoes; baked, fries, you name it. You can make a pretty great blend with some salt, bit of sugar and paprika, garlic, onion powder, chili, coriander, black pepper, ginger, clove. I don't have the exact ratios, but that should get you a pretty fun allround potatoe spice mix. Fantastic browning when you fry anything coated in it
I do citrus salts occasionally, just zest your fruits and mix/bake with salt and you're good to go
I'd imagine tomato would go nicely
~£8 for 100 grams plus shipping is way more than my blood is worth lmao
i appreciate the thought though
It would probably be good for colouring and flavouring seitan
You can incorporate it in dough for flour tortillas (my person favorite) or make a tomato garlic Naan or other flat breads (you can make them on the stove!)
Maybe try sprinkling some in or on a grilled cheese would be dope.
Hey if you drink liquor you can also use it as a sub for tomato juice for bloody Mary's or you can do some Mexican style cocktails with it too
Shit I bet if you sprinkle it on freshly fried French fries it would probably be solid too
