    Looney Tunes mostly

Bugs Bunny couldn't beat Kaname Madoka though

But he could probably beat Homura

    Not elaborating

I would allow Donald Duck or Goofy since they are technically JRPG characters and therefore can attack and dethrone God.

DD's Zetaflare is a multiverse defining move 1000x more powerful than what giga-God uses and is comparable to a quadrillion nuclear explosions.

Bugs isn't completely undefeatable. He can lose due to his own hubris, or just because it's funny. Road Runner is the real final boss.

Which is why he can't beat Madoka but could beat Homura

Madoka would never be enough of a prick. Homura would give too many opportunities for cartoonish retaliation.

Oh true. Being pure of heart renders Bugs powerless, though that's not necessarily a defeat.

Well Homura does carry a gun and Bugs has proven to be famously immune to them.

Popeye spends the first two acts getting his clock cleaned. He'd never survive long enough to find his spinach.

You want a contender that's bulletproof from minute one. Roadrunner is the undisputed Warner Brothers champion.

They'd beat on each other for a while and end up becoming friends. They're both basically decent guys who don't like a bully and look out for their friends.

wile e. coyote is that bad

Extremely problematic to claim a guy who paints a tunnel on a wall and then gets hit by a train coming through that tunnel is bad.

Vegeta met the android from Toriyama's other work, Doctor Slump. The android is a little girl portrayed like a Looney Tunes character. He has genuine fear of her and rightfully so.

I'd say that, plus a lack canonical death in Looney Tunes, my money is on them.

Looney tunes is strongest due to gag force being undefeatable unless the writer wants them to lose, followed by silver age comic book characters that have more multiversal characters than most anime ones.

Shit idk. I'd say anime characters are the weakest in that some of them actually die and stay dead, whereas looney tunes have a revolving door to the afterlife and comic characters mostly always come back.

That said, the roadrunner, due to it's narrative role, cannot be defeated by anyone or anything. We can never let anyone make a roadrunner v. One Punch Man bc the unresolvable contradiction might cause a divide by zero error in reality.

There was a minor wizard-ish superhero that had all sorts of fascinating and horrifying powers like sending people to a prison dimension where monsters would chase them forever, so I think that guy wins
