Yeah you should see some of the crap billboards idiots buy in the south, I saw one on vacation that just said something like "What happened to personal responsibility? Let's bring it back!"

There used to be a big one on a nearly barren highway outside of my hometown that just said "Jesus hates abortions!" And it had a stock image of Jesus that still had some kind of watermark on it

        America sure is a country

Back during the whole “labor shortage” bs a couple years back, I saw one outside of atlanta that said:

        HELP AMERICA WORK
        GOTOWORKGOTOWORKGOTOWORK

It's still hilarious that no one along the whole chain designing, printing, and installing that billboard noticed the obvious spelling mistake.

They might be playing 4D chess and thinking spelling it phonetically is the only way to keep it comprehensible to the hogs who are driving right by.

Alright, I'm being a pedant, but how is "dimensia" any more phonetic than "dementia"? If anything "dimensia" is less phonetic since all the common -sia words are pronounced /-ʒə/ and all the common -tia words are pronounced /-ʃə/. The "dimensia" spelling is influenced by "dimension", but that's not strictly the same as being phonetic.

Honestly more power to people who spell words "wrong". Generally the best way to have a successful spelling reform is to look for common misspellings and make them a part of the standard.

No, it's dimensia. Biden'a connection with the third dimension is wearing down and soon he will exist solely as a shadow on the Oval Office walls
