So im non-binary and technically go by any pronouns but im realizing some gendered terms give me extreme revulsion lol. Like I present femme and one of my coworkers has taken to calling me “sis” and I actually hate it so much but he’s my boss so I feel like I just have to white knuckle it

I'm with you. I can go with either pronouns, but I hate masculine terms like "sir"

Seems weird to have a male boss refer to people lower in the corporate hierarchy as "sis." It seems like it could be seen as demeaning? Idk. Never been in those shoes.

Since I don't present fem, the only fem-leaning term I've had someone regularly call me is "Queen," which was fine with me (but on occasions resulted in confused looks from others). The same person would also call me "bro" sometimes which would annoy me. Otoh, I have no problem with my siblings calling me their "brother" and probably prefer that to "sister" I think. But I don't like being called "son" by my mom.

Still, I think "bitch" still my favorite gendered term someone used to refer to me, but that may be context dependent.
