Ffs been listening to the yelling of a pathetic little nazi next door for over a year now at least two nights a week.
As I sit here on my couch on a Friday, brain fried from work, this fucking guy just yells his hate into the void and never shuts up! It's like an endless rant from this poor mans Alex Jones that is just constant. He hollers and yells about "the immigrants" endlessly.
Last week he did this shit with his window open so I recorded it. Went on an on about how he sure lives on welfare, but HE has a right to it because in his mind welfare is for WHITE PEOPLE. And he makes sure to constantly mention how immigrants are all rapists etc. How they all came hear to steal jobs. Also thinks Trump is amazing. And we aren't even in AmeriKKKa.
It's vile, constant, disgusting hate speech and this is like max a 20 year old guy who has never held a job and yet lives in good housing, has a car and is secure, meanwhile the people I work with are homeless while driving doordash for shitheads like him. I cannot find in me any solidarity for this person whatsoever, I have tried. He proudly proclaimes how he doesn't even want to work and how the benefits he gets are too small because of, you guessed it, immigrants. He hates women and queers deeply too and I know all this because I get to enjoy this show every single week, several nights a week.
This loser does not shut up even for a second, who the f listens to that!? Somebody clearly does. There is no point in reporting this anywhere either, because the only place I can do that to is the cops who are fash and basically agree with this asshole. Isn't it funny how the place that should handle hate speech is the literal fash central itself, such nordic country justice...
I have made like ten complaints to our housing manager, this is social housing. It has done nothing. I am at the point where I want to go do something stupid and I just need to vent. I can't with the hate this guy is spewing, it's unreal. It scares me, it makes me so incredible angry and most of of all it makes me feel entirely helpless because there is nothing and no-one left who would care or do something to stop this. His views are basically the popular position now and it is making me panic.
And I can't confront a guy who talks about killing people. I am not brave enough for that. I don't know what to do. All I know is that when the snow comes I will write NAZI on his shit car every day when I walk past it.

So I recommend not doing graffiti on a daily basis on the same target, because that's just begging to be identified and attacked, and this dude sounds unhinged enough that he might go at you with a deadly weapon if you catch him in a bad mood (especially if your skin doesn't suit his taste).
Edit: What I said goes about a thousand times for the bad advice you are mostly getting here. Don't fucking pop his tires or smear shit on anything or whatever, you will get yourself in trouble and the only way he gets harmed is if he gets put away for brutalizing you. It's a bad trade.

I sadly kind of think that this is the way myself. There are kids here and many of the immigrant kids play around our door and his, I am genuinely worried this is the type of guy that might act on his violent fantasies and since I and the other neighbour are likely the only ones in the building that hear this, nobody knows to be weary of him.
I have now left a web hint to cops citing hate speech, they are required by law to at least pretend to investigate these hints. Next time he does this I will just call the cops on him with a noise complaint and cite the hate speech.
Is he streaming or recording videos, or is he just ranting and talking to himself? If you can find his channel I guess you could report it or fuck with him on whatever platform he uses. If he's talking to himself I don't know what you can do, I guess it depends on what mental health care resources are available in your area.
I've tried searching for it, but I think he would be on the far right forum that quards itself pretty well and isn't browsable from search. But I have tried to look and also listen if he spills some handle or channel name. If I would find that, I could out him to some comrades.
On the mental health stuff I asked the building manager to make a social services report on the guy, not sure if he has.
We talked to his upstrais neghbour who is also over the constant yelling, but probably not aware of how to complain. This neighbourhood is pretty racist so didn't get into the content of said yelling with the neighbour who was a Finn. Everyone else in this building is amazing, but every Finn I have talked to so far has been disgustingly racist.

Yeah it's vile. Me and my partner tried to go take part in this community thing the housing unit lets the tenats have in the summer to sort of brush up the common areas and such, and it was just only the bitter white people taking part in it and being openly so racist about everyone who lives here who isn't a Finn. One older woman who said she used to be a nurse kept complaining about immigrants working in healhcare, endlessly. Like at this supposedly "for everyone" event. We left.
Then they whined at us for not being active enough in the housing committee or whatever that only these same white people ever attend and are racist in.
Meanwhile we have made great friends with some Syrian folks who live here and a few guys from Pakistan who are all nice decent people who are bringing up their kids here and just trying to live their lives and who make me feel very safe unlike these racist fucks. My partner has found himself a chess partner like this. And meanwhile the alcoholic whites go around just openly using slurs and being shit humans unchecked.
If two people aren't down, write a letter to management and both of you sign it as well as everyone else in the building you can convince, if you have recordings then that'll help. If a plurality of people don't feel comfortable with him something might be done.

Only idea I have had is renaming our wifi something like "fuck nazis". But I probably won't because I don't want this person coming through our door with an axe, something he has yelled he might do to his ex-friends who he is mad at because they have told him they will report him for hate speech. Now, after you mention it and the authorities don’t give a shit, below are some things desperate people have done that are terrible ideas. Do not do this.
Stick a key blank with the “handle” cut off in their lock after they go out. It will be jammed with no easy way to remove the key.
Prop nails up right against their tire, keeping in mind which direction the vehicle will move to exit the parking spot.
Many common concentrated cleaning compounds will ruin car paint overnight, and are readily available at home goods stores.
Spray “liquid ass” or similar compounds directly into the top of their vehicle hood, where the wipers are. This is where the AC intakes are.
Remember to walk a a bit out of the area and change outfits before and after coming back to NOT do any of these in case of cameras. A black surgical mask and hat will help. This is easier if you have a vehicle.
Also if you’re ever doing work on your own vehicle, make sure to NEVER spray silicon lubricant on the brake rotors.

I think he is yelling online, it sounds very "streamer" often. My main worry is that he is one of the far right guys on this online platform that has spawned here from all the right wing nationalism and has an actual audience of some kind. The stuff he says is genuinely hate speech, I just don't want to repeat it here.
