I can't figure out what he might be trying to say if he wasn't actually going for "inshallah"
I honestly think he said inshallah. Like, "When will we see your tax returns, God willing?"
Hmm that was my first thought as well, and it definitely seems plausible, but why would he say July specifically?

yeah he literally used it the way a lot of muslims end up using it... as in saying "it's up to god" and not committing. that cultural literacy tho.

That was the only thing I thought it might be, “in July” but why would he pick that? lol
After seeing the campaign confirmed he said Inshallah, this was either intentional and cool or they’re going along with the narrative because Biden’s brain broke down and no one knows what he was trying to say.
That'd be pretty impressive damage control on their part tbh, though it definitely sounds like that's what he meant to say.
