if you're going to buy literal garbage, why not buy COOL garbage? Funko pops are absolutely bizarre and tacky. It's like a simulacrum of a simulacrum, the toy is not the art, but the funkopop is the toy minus the art.
Every time I feel self-conscious about buying Lego or Transformers, I remember that Funko Pops are a thing.

They're just harmless lil plastic figures, not worth getting worked up about either way imo.
