Thanks, me too. Last time my body pulled this falling apart and malfunctioning extra nonsense on me there were some serious stressors, now there's nothing that extreme, work is uncomfortable af but not to that degree.
I dealt with a chronic condition, and it fucked my mental health for literally years.
