I got ~3 hours of sleep last night, and now ive reached the exhaustion point where my body is doing the shivers+sweats thing (accompanied by a low grade constant headache, love it, classic sleepdep for me), but im too wired to actually go to sleep. I wish I had the good drugs, melatonin makes me wake up more somehow...
maybe the chat was on to something with taking caffeine to sleep and melatonin to wake up....
I can sleep after drinking coffee, caffeine doesn't work on me, though melatonin does make me tired.
Yeah, im just so terrible at actually falling asleep. Coffee makes me calm but awake, but theres nothing that actually makes me sleepy (aside from way too much heavier drugs than caffeine or melatobin, and they leave me feeling kinda shit the next day )
Yeah I'd be similar with anything other than melatonin, sucks when you feel it the next day :/
Maybe, i mean, caffeine wakes me up, it just also calms me down, and then i get all jittery when it starts wearing off. Im thinking of trying l-theanine with it, as per the drugs/supplements post (i think by leylalove?). Melatonin just makes my mind race tho, and doesnt actually give me any additional energy
