Noo, hopefully it’s not too debilitating. I’m pretty reckless in climbing and always jump from the top, but somehow all my shoots of pain through my neck and inverted knees and I haven’t gotten anything worse than shin splints

I just had a fall from a cave climb at an unexpected place and fell on the ankle wrong. Like I fell with the top of my ankle down on the mat, and it being stretched too far. Ouchie
