It's not zombies they're afraid if they're just insane racist suburbanites who thinks mobs will try to kill them.

I love that the floor is the giant lithium ion battery. There's at least one case out of Texas where someone drove it into a ditch and the whole thing burned down.

I hope the owner was trapped in it and died.

He did. I went looking for the article and found a second one where a cybertruck hit a fire hydrant and then lit on fire, taking an hour to extinguish: https://www.roadandtrack.com/news/a62009993/tesla-cybertruck-fire-takes-more-than-hour-to-put-out/

        Here's the fatal one: https://www.cybertruckownersclub.com/forum/threads/report-cybertruck-crashes-catches-fire-driver-dead-houston-tx.21620/

We've known for over 60 years now with the invention of crumple zones that making every part of the car as strong as possible is not always the safest design, but then again the Cybertruck doesn't have any of those either.

A few weeks ago, I saw a cyber truck three times that week. It was also a terrible week. Coincidence?

I work in tech so I've encountered them too many times. Seems the guy that had one at least gave his back in the recall.

"Yes but it is incredibly safe in an imaginary disaster!"

i say leave them in that thing. let them burn/drown/starve/etc. find the fresh air intake and fart into it. its their own fault for buying one of these things. Very very rarely are the occupants going to need a reason to keep whatever is out, out. Its going to be the opposite more oft than not - someone is going to have to try like the dickens to get the dumb fuck occupant(s) out. Nothing but solid, well thought out reasons for hindering this process.

yeah i remember how fast "zombies" just became coded for either "starving city-dwellers i will have to murder as they pillage my vegetable garden" or just "black and brown people"

so much so that even south park made fun of this a decade ago

Perfect car to be cooked to death in after one of its signature spontaneous combustions traps you inside with no way for rescuers to reach you
