I think the problem here is that the right has redefined what "male improvement" is and they received absolutely no opposition for it. All the alpha sigma chad shit is a redefinition of what it means to be the best man you can be. The result of this is a that they've been able to completely corrupt the mind and soul of a lot of men.
There's the seed of a healthy opposition to this using this line of thinking but I don't really know the best way to spread it.
