Its hard to find documents on the net anymore, but when the sanctions regime between gulf war i and the second invasion killed god knows how many hundreds of thousands of iraqis they made some kind of claim that Saddam convinced all the demographers to change their results to exaggerate the death toll. They did not explain how saddam would do that or what the census people would comply.

I wish i'd somehow been able to retain all these documents. People who can just keep and organze and search vast amounts of data, citations, documents, have a very sharp sword at hand.

Yeah. There's not much discussion of Jewish concentration camp prisoners being forced to remain in the camps, prevented from leaving to return home, sometimes under the same guards the nazis had employeed. There were a lot of places in the western zones where there were real fears the locals would re-start the killing, especially early after the end oft the war.

Yeah, they do this every time. They stop counting and just stick with the same number. It's the most memory hole 1985 double think ass shit. It plainly, obviously, cannot possibly be true. It can't be true. But they keep using the number from the start of whatever massacre month after month, year after year.

"I will not vote for you because of the genocide you're committing."

smuglord "So you're saying you hate women"

alternate (forgive the emoji used to represent the average American Arab, I couldn't find a good one that wasn't just a specific actual person)

ooooooooooooooh WHY OH WHY WONT ARABS VOTE FOR KAMALA HARRIS? I WISH THERE WAS SOME WAY TO KNOW, SO I COULD LEAVE THIS SWAMP OF UNCERTAINTY AND DOUBT

i-think-that It's because of the genocide

negative oh if only there was someone who could tell us, some way to know. Oh if only we had an answer. Oh me oh my, I just wish someone would tell me. Oh well my infallible political instincts tell me it's probably because of the gays.

That arab americans are doing this because being against lgbt or something which is.... Huh... Because biden and kamala stance on lgbt is pretty much the same.

I think they are insinuating that a large number of Arab Americans, somewhere between 12% and 53%, are too racist to vote for a black person.

why would that mean they prefer biden over kamala? (maybe expecting logical coherency is too much…)

Did you know there are more Christian Arab Americans in the US than there are Muslim Arab Americans? Another fun fact, there are more Black Muslim Americans in the US than there are Arab Muslim Americans.

They're just being racist to be racist

Remember, Liberals. Remember. The Democrats can only be failed. They may say this is because we are doing genocide. But remember they are lying. They are doing this because they hate seeing an competent woman in power. They hate lgbt people. They want trump to win. They're lying about the genocide. The demcrats cannot fail. They're lying about the genocide. The democracts cannot fail.

I think this may be the first genocide in history where the perpetrators have tried to cover it up, not by insisting it didn't happen, but insisting that no one cares about the murders they are committing right now.

David goes on in that twitter thread that the trend is because of LGBTQ and abortion rights.

When pressed, why the shift from 2020, David talks about some other candidate and ignores the changed variable: genocide in Gaza, war in Lebanon, etc.

As BeamBrain would allude to about liberal politics being about unspoken white supremacy (a black hole that liberal politics revolve around), this is a great example.

Yup. Needs a few more data points but it does look like they're feeling out a post-loss narrative of lgbt hating muslims selling the libs out.

Like they're going to do some "stabbed in the back" thing.
