Absolutely nothing will break as a result

Has this guy ever worked in any sort of organization before? If you get rid of half the people you will inevitably fire people who maintain critical systems and need to hire them back (often with a massive pay raise), like musk did with Twitter. You will also not change the amount of work to be done, you will just make the remaining half work twice as much. This is like saying you only need one kidney, while technically correct, the other kidney cannot take twice the stress for that long and is very likely to fail. This will cause so much insecurity and burnout that everyone who can leave, will.

He graduated from Harvard University with a bachelor's degree in biology and later earned a degree from Yale Law School. Ramaswamy worked as an investment partner at a hedge fund before founding Roivant Sciences. He also co-founded an investment firm, Strive Asset Management.

        He hasn't.

Unironically this is what Che thought even revolutionaries should do, that being stuck in a “desk” job disconnects you from the work being done so you need to get your hands dirty. The man himself would go and just cut sugarcane in the fields some days.

Its actually really enjoyable to get outside and do some manual labor if its not like so much your bodies being damaged. Its great exercise, and spending time outside and in the dirt and sun is good for your mental health too. It only becomes an issue when your forcing people to do it for long hours with no breaks like capitalism does.

Wait it's not normal for your body to shut down when it's exposed to heat over 70 degrees Fahrenheit?

Generally agree but the kidney analogy is wildly incorrect.

This is like saying you only need one heart, while technically correct, the other heart cannot take twice the stress for that long and is very likely to fail.
