It'll feel horrible to hold and then ink will take forever to dry (getting smears everywhere) and it'll run out way too quickly and I'll have to cash in my social credit to get more pens to replace it. The remaining consumer pens from capitalism will become a rarity, some put in museums, but most sold on the black market for people who just want to write. That's right - sold. You can't stop people from having their own mini-capitalism within your cashless society. All of this just to get non-shitty pens, because communism didn't provide the people with choice.
Communism destroyed, everyone log off.
Pencils? I assume you're referring to when the CCCP went to space and wrote using pencils instead of spending a fortune to develop space pens like NASA did? Sorry, tankies - that's just a myth. In reality, the space pen was an innovation from capitalists in the private sphere, and not only did NASA buy them, so did the communists. https://www.scientificamerican.com/article/fact-or-fiction-nasa-spen/
Also pencils are bad because of the loose graphite dust not to mention the pencil shavings.
In a communist society, every writer will have his own monkey scribe.
On one hand capitalism is gonna render the planet uninhabitable before I reach middle age, on the other it gave us the Pentel Energel, so honestly I think it's been a small net positive for the world as a whole
What atrocity, paper deserves to be written on with a real nib of a steel pen rather than that of an ink-pencil
damn i actually love a good fineliner. The Sakura Pigma ones kick ass but I actually really like the Pilot Fineliner. Have that green one in my desk back home actually
I’m sure they’re great for art or whatever but I always hated writing with them, I felt like they dried out all the time or the little felt nib would bend
