For me its when people just completely disregard the upstream conditions of the supply chains that provide their products. It's not like I have an expectation for people to change their purchase habits, but I've found people completely resistant to the notion that being conscious of the supply chain is worth considering. I'm trying to quit drinking, if not permanently at least for the month which would be the longest I've ever gone. Time is taking forever to go by and I'm almost afraid to do anything besides sit in my apartment because I always rationalize buying more booze as a reward for doing simple stuff like just getting out of the house to get groceries. It's been extremely lonely and I don't feel like myself even though I don't feel better.
It is hard to quit on your own comrade. I have managed to stay sober for 3 months by taking things one day at a time. I don't think about tomorrow, i just tell myself that I'm not drinking TODAY.
