Laughing and accusing Kavanaugh of using inflammatory rhetoric when asked about human rights.

Fucking Kavanaugh.

edit: Oh and it's Obama's solicitor general.

What happens when you're really smart, work really hard, and have absolutely zero perspective or moral grounding.

Most recently, Katyal has defended child slavery in front of the Supreme Court. [7]

      Bravo, whoever added this

Kagan quizzed Katyal at one point, asking him if a former slave can sue one slaveholder. He said yes. Can a former slave sue ten slaveholders? Yes. But why not a corporation, Kagan asked. Katyal referred to precedent and dodged the question.

But as we all know, corporations are people! Checkmate.

Oh boy get ready then: https://twitter.com/matthewstoller/status/1333847732893732864?s=19

In the brief filed for the court they argue that since corporations got away with supporting the Nazis they should not be held liable for using slave labor.

Basically everyone but Thomas. Alito, Gorsuch, Kavanagh, and Barret have all asked some good questions.

Justice Barrett also appears skeptical of Katyal's arguments.

This is the same justice who argued only certain people should be allowed to vote, oh my god neal is shit

How much money do you make arguing in front of the SC that Nestle should be immune from lawsuits by its foreign child slaves? I guess your reserved seat on the Lolita Express is gone, so times must be kind of rough.
