Of course it should come as no surprise that resistance liberals are all about George Floyd being person of the year. Anything performative they can do to avoid holding elected officials accountable for real policy.

But they announced a non-legislative and unenforceable ban on chokeholds, what more could you possibly want?

Imagine thinking Joe Biden did literally anything of ceremonial note this year. He was like the 5th most important person in his own presidential election

Biden's gonna win it. It's been the President-elect every 4 years since Bush in 2000. As well as Clinton '92, Reagan '80, Carter '76, Nixon '72, and more, though not as regularly.

Remember, when everyone was raving about essential workers and how they will become person of the year... Not even token appreciation does the working class get.

1941 - FDR and Dumbo (technically FDR replaced Dumbo at the last minute, but they printed the Dumbo one inside too)

    1950 - "the American fighting-man"

    1960 - "U.S. scientists"

    1982 - the computer

1998 - Bill Clinton and Ken Starr

2005 - Bono, Bill Gates and Melinda Gates

I'm sorry but how did anyone ever take any of this seriously?

It's hilarious that Biden is on here when he did little to no campaigning at all. He ran on nothing except 'not Trump'.

In a presidential election year it's always the winner. There's no point in this "finalists" thing, Biden is getting it.
