Sounds like you're feeling pretty overwhelmed at the moment

Cry yourself out, sit in the shower, cry some more, finally be ready to sleep and realise you have to go to class, go to class a bit fuzzy because you're sleep deprived, come home and sleep

Hey, it's gonna be fine, I've gone to classes so tired that the lesson went in one ear and out the other. Ask some other students to help you write some notes on a day you're less sleepy or if you've really missed a lot of class then explain the problem to your professor and I'm sure they'll be willing to help you catch up. It's what they're paid for. There's always a way around things. There's no need to freak out.

Sounds shitty but there's time in there for naps if you can manage it

Not sure what country you're in but do you have any avenues for lenient treatment due to depression? I remember having to do something similar, and that was only after I failed a contract law class because I didn't turn up to the exam (whoops) and then failed to get an exemption to retake the test (apparently I completed the class the next year but I have literally no memory of it).

I don't think it's an all or nothing proposition either, i.e. you could go to the 9am class and leave early, or miss the 9am class and go to the 2pm one. Or go to both and sleep during class. All better than not going to either because you're stressed and anxious about not going to either (stupid human brain logic)?
