They were all structured the same way, male young to middle aged dweebs reporting to the most attractive Scandinavian women you could imagine. I swear the qualifications for executive, director, and senior roles were blonde, skinny and hot.

All those plans are nonsense and not what the actors or models actually do. Sure they put in a ton of effort into exercise and diet, but not by following their puff piece article on men's health or whatever. The actual mechanics of dieting and exercise are very simple and won't sell any magazines, which is why they make up nonsense fitness plans to write articles about.
Yeah one of the actors from the it's always Sunny in Philadelphia series has a good quote about that, how much effort it takes to get in tip top shape.
I'm describing people with corporate leadership roles in two huge retailers. These people are the least productive of the entire professional managerial class. They don't even send 8 emails a day, they sit in meetings and take notes about those emails then send it off to the decision makers. Sometimes they have to do the uncomfortable task of breaking bad news to their subordinates.
Steroids really just make it so you can work out harder. It isn't really cheating like people think. I have known guys that tried a cycle, couldn't commit and had poor results.
That was my point steroids are a lot of work to do properly especially if you want to get anything like the results you see on tv.

Well it aint just that.
My partner is extremely conventionally attractive. She has done modeling, sex work, etc. Nothing ever pans out because of her mental issues preventing her from basically being able to function in a basic way. Like very often shows up 6-12 hours late to events due to extreme ADD and OCD.
Her being dummy hot has a lot of negatives. She is constantly targeted at any event by any number of weirdos. She is shouted at all of the time by people in random places. She rarely goes to a gas station and isnt cat called or harassed by some guy. Its fucking absurd. Hell ive had people tell me to fuck off from her cause im kinda an unassuming guy and people dont realpy believe shes at a function with me, and they tryna slide.
For her its been kinda bad. She has had a lot of bad experience being targeted, especially since she is a very particular kind of attractive that well, gets a lot of attention from weirdos (tall, blonde, skinny, blue eyes, very european) you get the idea.
She cant even do onlyfans cause shes so scatterbrained that she cant keep up with it. She has body dysmorphia due to being objectified a ludicrous amount.
I love her tho. Shes one of the most honest and loving people i have ever met.

That's partly allonormativity, but it was confusing to me at first, too! I experience no sexual or romantic attraction to people. Never wanted to kiss someone, never thought of wanting to ask someone out on a date. Always seen attractiveness on an 'objective' scale - I know what is conventionally attractive, and so I can deduce it logically, but I don't feel anything for it. At the same time I enjoy the fantasy of "a cute guy" acting flustered, being all embarassed
, but when I say 'fantasy' I don't think of an actual person, it's always this thought form of 'twink with fluffy brown hair' but he has no face. I like BL manga, too, where these cute scenarios often feature.Until I came across microlabels and spoke with other aroace people, as well as understood attraction and its place in society, I had trouble placing this disconnect of not feeling attraction yet liking gay romance stories.
