that is all
Same, but I have very strong opinions about the guy who plays Jim:
:chavez-guns:
i find it really hard to binge episodic shows unless they're absurdly funny (Nathan for you), otherwise it just gets really boring. i stopped watching the office partway through season 3
I know a guy who's watched the whole series all the way through upwards of 20 times. I get being a sicko for the same old slop -- I've played a Madden franchise through all 30 seasons -- but man, it's just the stuff over and over and over and over and over again. Mindblowing.
Huh I remembered that as being some weird hyper-capitalist fantasy shit. Guess I should re-read.
I remembered wrong - it's redpill shit, not lib shit. Like evo-pysch stuff. Agreed that they start with an ok model, but man it goes off the deep end. Like he explicitly starts talking about social darwinism in part 4.
Edit: On second thought I actually don't really like the model that much. Like yeah administrative bloat is a thing but the whole thing gives way too much credit to the individuals in the system vs. the system itself. Which makes perfect sense for a piece of fiction to be fair.
I started watching it with a friend who was already on the later seasons, so I've only seen episodes after Michael Scott left - the perfect way to enjoy the series :sicko-flipped:
I agree, I thought it was pretty well made. That's not a strong opinion though
Just knowing anything about The Office makes you a lib Here, one for you :LIB:
and to save everyone the trouble one for me :LIB:
I've never seen the office, but I'm finishing up a 30 Rock rewatch and while hilarious that show is extremely :LIB:
