This movie was great, and this was not a studio flick which is why it was allowed to be so dark (like the Transformers movie with Orson Welles).
Highest-grossing independent film of all time. And Raphael was a legitimately good character.
And okay obviously it is not a great movie. But for a kids movie about mutant turtles it's way better than it needed to be.
Might've been the 2007 cgi one. Raphael is a vigilante in that and there are chains and leather involved if I remember correctly
The early/late millennial is literally people who grew up with TMNT and people who grew up with power rangers/pokemon
if it ever gets brought up, tell her some random person you know on the internet loves her deeply
