      I teach regularly and when I recommend expensive books to my students I also send them links to libgen to find them.

    I am doing volunteer tutoring and helped my student get the textbook for free through LibGen. So thank you all for introducing me to that at some point on the subreddit.

    Absolutely vile. Especially if the ebook is required to do online homework assignments. Professors who do this and already have tenure are scum.
