I have some hope for the left after seeing just how shitty Biden is. Obama was much more damaging because he was good at his job, Biden sucks at it. I'm really hoping that we'll see more Marxist orgs getting involved and building a party, because god knows we need one. It's funny that people whined about lesser evilism all last summer when the real answer to creating a worker's party is by having it do praxis outside of the election season. We don't need to be in office to make change.

We also have much better leftist presence in media (and social media) so hopefully that works in tandem with Biden's incompetence to break the illusion

The primary reason I was hoping Biden would win wasn't because of things he would actually do in office. I felt that 4 more years of Trump would lead to nothing but excuses and deflecting onto middle America from the libs. The best way that they can be radicalized is to see Biden not change a damn thing. Obviously the blue maga people will be happy with the changes in language and the new color scheme but most dems don't fit into that mold. Biden's administration will hurt the legitimacy of the democratic party.
