    I too was logged out but was able to make a new account with my original name. Although if I search my username it shows it has 303 comments but then shows nothing when im on my profile lol

      Thanks for the heads up! This was a bug during the domain shift by some initial code we have in place for federation down the road. It resulted in two different accounts being made, one under the "@chapo.chat"and the other being "@hexbear.net".

      This was being displayed in the frontened as the same account despite being two unique ones! The original accounts were not compromised by this bug. We've pushed a fix that changed the secondary accounts to "{dupeDisplayName}2". We hope this helps clarify and apologize for the confusion.
