This is probably the only context in which western media will ever use the phrase "killer cop".

Not true! What if a Chinese cop stopped rioters from beating up an old woman?

I have mixed feelings about Dorner, he killed an innocent girl because killing her father would mean he couldn't clear his name. Till his last breath he cared more about his name than doing the right thing and killing cops.

I actually know nothing about him outside of the shitposting I've read. I assume he shot a bunch of people? I have no idea when. I live in America, so I can't actually keep track of this stuff.

He was systematically hunting the cops responsible for his firing. He was basically a turbo lib that radicalized a bit, but still cared about being honored by the system that wronged him.

He was fired for reporting bad cops btw.

Oh yeah, Dorner was basically what you'd consider a "good cop" and his killing spree was brought on by him realizing that being a "good cop" means you are either ousted by the force, out you go down shooting.

I just read it. It’s a lot. But the part where he calls out cops is breathtaking. He says all the stuff we think/fear is true. The part about cops taking photos of dead bodies... Vanessa Bryant is suing cops for doing just that. Cops making jokes about getting paid overtime to show up in court. Cops taking out their petty grievances on colleagues and civilians the public. It’s all there.

That's what it was about, people think it was about, like, brutality or whatever but really it was about his name. Also he was in the military.

    Ahahahahahahaha.

"We don't take this lightly," said Bishop l.J. Guillory, of Bulletin Displays. "Blame it on our oversight, not our heart. It was our intention to do good but as grandma used to say, no good deed goes undone without some form of punishment."

I mean he really can't. Fhere is a non zero chance a cop will just fucking merk his dog or something and then beat him up when he tries to report it.

    From Wikipedia

In two separate incidents during the manhunt, police shot at three civilians unrelated to Dorner, mistaking their pickup trucks for the vehicle being driven by Dorner (Which was a dark gray 2005 Nissan Titan). One of the civilians was hit by the police gunfire, another was wounded by shattered glass, and a third individual was injured when police rammed his vehicle and opened fire. The officers involved were not charged with any crime.

Holy shit. Reminds me of when those Miami cops killed that kidnapped UPS driver, and also shot bystanders.
