I think havin a flat chest as a kid felt really bad to me, and a big loose pullover sort of made it less obvious, let some tiddy ambiguity into that whole situation. Covers your body because you feel that it sucks.

Hoodies definitely can be, I don't see why long sleeves wouldn't be. Big part of why I love hoodies tbh.
