On second thought, maybe don't visit Hamas(dot)com, a site obviously set up by a state level actor infamous for its spyware. Especially not since even Israeli agencies probably realize this has attracted more attention among people dunking on them rather than their supporters.

If your browser is up to date, nothing. The Israelis aren't gonna burn a non-interactive browser 0day for this.

I'd be more worried about the website being set-up to register the various referers used to access it / pinpointing from where it's being linked.

According to the who is, it's a Wix template site. It was updated 2 days ago, but has been registered since 1999.

According to the archive, it wasn't live until October 11th. Then it was broken for a while until blowing up this month.

Like it reads obviously like a satirical type of thing , with the dead baby counter and all that, but at no point does the mask drop, it just insists on itself. Just very odd, it's stuck in between deciding to be a funny pro Israel satire or a really bad fake site

I got curious and tried the Telegram and WhatsApp buttons, but unfortunately they're just shortcuts to share a link to hamas.com. I wanted to know if there were spaces where Mossad interns have very authentic Hamas discussions with each other sicko-wistful

Maybe a bit unrelated but this reminds me of that story of how CIA agents in Iran were using a shitty 2000s style HTML website as a cover for communicating. At least to me it looks so amateurish it may as well have been called "CIAinIran.net", I mean compared to the real name Iraniangoals.com for supposedly a football site, like holy shit that is some intern level nonsense given what we know of the internet these days.

That story is a real treat btw, that and CIA agents that were killed in China years ago. chefs-kiss

of how CIA agents in Iran were using a shitty 2000s style HTML website as a cover for communicating

Part of why the CIA went running to Amazon Web Services with a long term IT services contract. Amazon is amazing for the CIA because they host something like a third of the global internet and there is nothing suspicious about a device anywhere on earth connecting to an ingress point on the AWS network. Amazon even owns Goodreads and IMDB, both of which are less jank or suspicious than some year 2000s html website.

Anyone else remember the whole thing about r/LakeCityQuietPills in the early days of reddit? It always reminded me of the CIA contractor stuff a few inlaws of mine did back in the 2000s.

Echoing some other sentiment in this thread that you shouldn't actually go there. A few people in the twitter replies are saying they're getting malware warnings from their browsers by going to it. Keep in mind that Israel is infamous for their spyware industry.

On the other hand if you're doing nothing that will aid the Israelis in knowing, then feeding them useless data might be good. Updated it anyway

Transcription of a very real dialogue between the Hamas leadership found on the website:

Pinky : Gee, Brain. What are we going to do tonight?

The Brain : The same thing we do every night, Pinky. Try to take over the world!

As an American it would be nice to finally have some governance that literally will fight to the death for clean water, education, and healthcare.

    Hamas please liberate us.
