It basically just says "fuck the state", and out of context I think taking people saying that to mean they're anti-communists bothsidesing colour revolutions is going to get you in a lot more arguments with anarchists than it is actual anti-communists.

I don't think I'd dunk on it like that but in context I do get where you're coming from a lot more.
The first thread seems to be saying, the narrative of the protest is clearly controlled by the forces of capital but most people in it probably aren't, and having STRONG OPINIONS about 1000 person movements is way too online.
Responding to that with "yeah fuck the state" doesn't seem like bothsidesing colour revolutions to me. I kind of read it as "as good as Cuba is it's still a state and that's going to cause some problems" as an acknowledgement and anarchist explanation of why some non compromised/horrible people might join an anti-government protest in Cuba.
Looking at their twitter I'm 90% sure the person who made the screenshotted tweet isn't trying to bothsides a colour revolution. This tweet of hers 1 minute earlier mocking someone else for doing that seems pretty conclusive on that front.
