Attempting to talk about the finer points of socialism is akin to debating the pros/cons of “Animals” – it’s an overly broad topic and doomed to spiral into bike-shedding over semantics as soon as the conversation starts to look interesting.
Just confidently demonstrating their own lack of knowledge in the dumbest possible way. If anything the opposite is true, so many different movements have self-identified as socialist that it can sometimes be hard to see what they have in common.
