I want HRT to function like a Tony Hawk character creation screen with sliders and shit. Give me that feminine weight distribution without the tiddies. Plz and thank you.

The person I'd be most jealous of is an androgynous flat-chested afab with short hair and a mellow voice who wears cool clothes.

I met that exact person at work the other day and he was also German. German accents are cool and it's a shame that it is tainted by Nazis.

Too much to ask for from our underdeveloped healthcare system. But there are some understudied potential therapies. https://transfemscience.org/articles/nonbinary-transfem-overview/

I'm definitely with you on the sliders idea. I just mentioned in another comment elsewhere how cool it would be to have nanomachines that could disassemble and reassemble my anatomy at will.

Turning a knob that says "gender" on it and looking at hexbear-retro for approval like I'm a contestant on the price is right

HRT is like "Counteroffer: you get only boobs"

edit: "ok we'll throw in indigestion and insomnia"

As others have pointed out, there's pharmaceutical options to achieve this. I also know nonbinary transfems who use binders, although that's a temporary fix (it works for them bc they're plural / DID and some of the people within their system are femboys or transmasc, so all the personalities have agreed on the compromise that their shared body undergoes HRT, but that they can bind once in a while to present more masc). You could also try lowdose HRT and do workouts focussing on the hips and thighs to feminize your sillhouette. Lastly, there's the mastek option, but that's obviously the most expensive one unless you somehow have an NB friendly healthcare provider and you'd grow boobs first and you'd lose sensation in your nipples post OP.

going on e for the rest of your life and getting top surgery in 5 years would be a pretty good power move

edit: i wanna be clear i think this would be a cool thing to do, and i think this is a super valid thing to want

A patient of mine is planning just that, and I was like "neat!" which they found affirming.
