Chuds were crying over Trump losing, now they're gloating over Rittenhouse being white teen OJ, and not long from now they'll be crying again after a videogame character kneels for the anthem or something.

And so on

and so on

and so on

while everything just continues to decline and get worse.

Well duh, it's all imaginary. Biden could invoke a RAHOWA state and people would call him Communist. Trump could (didn't ) have instituted Stalinist mandates and be praised as loving the Free Market. A punk ass kid shot people holding their hands and a skateboard and was said he used appropriate force. The USA is mostly fucked if we go by the "evidence" in today's society.

Would love to not have to share the same space as these people. Just look in from the outside so I can point and laugh at them, maybe even take pity as they wallow in their own shit. But no, they dug this shithole and trapped others in it.

Sounds like social media when it comes to PRC. Just people trying to "own" PRC as it gets stronger by the day, while their own country slides slowly into collapse.

It's the same in other countries as well. Culture war bullshit sucks all the air out of political discourse and suffocates big important topics. Some of the stuff is completely pointless, like chuds getting mad about kneeling football players, other things do lots of harm, like racism or transphobia. All of these things have one thing in common though: They don't challenge bourgeois rule the slightest and doesn't inconvenience the oligarchs who own the world.

If we were to spend time dealing with real and serious stuff like climate change, imperialism or economic justice it would mean radical changes.

In a democracy, uninformed/misinformed citizens are asked to make important decisions for society and shoulder the blame for bad outcomes as the news reports only on spectacle every day.

In other news this week, Biden signed an infrastructure bill and three pro-cop bills into law. But keep your eye on the right hand as the left does the bidding of the right.

your mental health will improve tremendously when you begin to ignore the spectacle.
