You know, I hear this sort of thing every single time people in the US protest. The liberals are quick to remind them that "this won't win hearts and minds" every time. Any sort of protest, be it peaceful or disruptive, is declared invalid for rallying support. Oddly, they never suggest an appropriate way to protest that would win hearts and minds.
Why, if I didn't know better, I'd think these people just flat out don't want anyone protesting at all because it makes them look bad!

When someone says "Hearts and Minds" you know they're either working for the bad guys, or a twit.
It's interesting that in the decades since that phrase came to be nobody has figured out rhe best way to win hearts and minds of a population is to not murder innocent members of that population.

You should be able to go up to the clerk at the ICC offices and be like "Hey this motherfucker was gonna/did do a genocide" and they'll be like "I am literally just the desk clerk leave before I call security" but then you pull up your phone like "Here's a video of them saying "Win hearts and mines"" and the clerk is like "Oh shit, guilty! Maybe we'll have a double leap day some year in the next millennium, and since no mass shooting events will have happened before on "that day" you can do a protest then.
