If Congress ever agrees unanimously on something, it’s something very very bad

It’s basically only war, sanctions, NSA spying and Israel that they agree on

I've been wondering, if Elon Musk said there's insufficient evidence for the Uyghur genocide, which would reddit decide is greater, their obsession with Elon Musk, or their hatred of China?

The libs would say that china is just worse capitalists than the US so of course he made a deal with them to exploit labor and send our good jobs overseas. The bazinga brains will probably praise him for giving the poor citizens of Xinjiang "good tesla jobs".

I've already seen both of these things happen.

The Great Elon Schism of 2022 is generally regarded as the event that marked the split between eastern orthodox :reddit-logo: and western catholic :reddit-logo:.

You'd just get a schism, with some number of people attempting to reconcile the schism by way of conspiracy theory.

The US has a long history of prosecuting wars against a country that also happens to buy their guns and porn.

What especially gets me about the capitalist system is that they are so unable to prevent capitalist evil, that even in the world where they try to make shit up they still can't stop their own capitalists from betraying them.

Its hardly even a betrayal. The US never gave a shit about the Uyghurs. They just needed Evil China to justify our $1.2T/year spent on Pentagon and spycraft and police and other foreign policy bullshit.

Elon can do what he likes. It will only further fuel America's hatred for the East.

it's fine guys, china's totally going to execute him, there's no way he's going to be allowed to continue to exploit workers in exactly the same way he does in every other corner of the world, the unfettered international flow of capital is what will lead to global communism :^)
