I mean Wagner is very intergal to the Russian mission in Africa, get support from the actual Russian MOD quite a lot, and this guy ( Dmitry Utkin ) has been photographed with Putin multiple times. Obviously the EU is just mad that they have competition in Africa and former colonies are separating more from them, but it doesn't change the fact that these kind of people are not good.
