He is holding a succdem hippie to MLM standards. This party isn't for communists, in fact a lot of progressive orgs arent. If we want an actual vanguard party then we have to join a marxist party, not a succdem one and expect them to move father left.
I think that's a pretty defeatist mindset. Maybe with an already established group like the Greens yes, but when a brand new party is being formed, getting strong leftist voices into positions of power could meaningfully shift party stances.

Either way, they had a lot of people speak who I like, the convention was good even if the party ends up just being another our revolution.
I'm still convinced that what the justice dems are doing is the most effective strategy within the electoral realm as long as first past the post still exists.
