Everyone getting their own train car would be so wasteful.
...And also way more efficient than actual cars. Wow cars are bad.
Honestly, if we were talking about something like a low-cost electric version of the Smart ForTwo or some such, and it was meant as a transitional phase until all of our damn suburban sprawl and car-centric infrastructure is dismantled and replaced with proper public transit and sane urban planning, it's not a terrible idea (aside from questions like "where do we get the lithium for those battery packs," etc.)... But I doubt that's what these chodes have in mind.
those dutch tiny car things (the electric version) would be ideal
really easy to modify for various disabilities, which is what they were designed for
and very smalledit: found it!
What if we skipped the battery packs and had electrical wires like busses and street cars used to run on?
also a raging antisemite who likes larouche, thinks degrowth is a hitlerite ruling class conspiracy from the rockefellers and bikes are fascist, is "pro-industrial capitalist", thinks gramsci is to blame for the lack of class consciousness(???), thinks shopping for commodities was widespread in feudalism because he went to a renfaire (literally), is opposed to wind power, thinks organic farming is a backdoor for colour revolutions, thinks "work is what brings us joy and abundance", thinks backyard gardens are anti-socialist, and thinks landlords are working class
and this is all just from the last month
failure to patriotically drink lead paint is hitlerite (((soros))) malthusianism :peter-coffin:
Gramsci and lack of class consciousness is 100% the Cultural Marxism conspiracy theory
EDIT: Clicked it and YUUUUP
Landlords are working class, but baristas are burgeois :wtf-am-i-reading:
Also, hilarious to be pro-China and anti-bike.
Wait this guy thinks that "capitalism in decay" is when you stop doing as much capitalism and therefore sustainability is fascist?!?
:manhattan:
Oh I see now. So someone in the picture has bad takes elsewhere, making the picture… no I still don’t get it nm.
Sometimes I'll get told we shouldn't use overtly leftist words like communism or Marxism, because that will frighten and alienate the majority of working class Americans. We'll automatically trip over their religious or patriotic sensibilities and never make progress with them.
I'm going to start pointing at these reactionaries whenever I'm asked to make my ideology more palatable for Americans.
Some people will just throw a dart at a political compass and then say anything to justify that position
6/8 unironically puts them in the top 99% of white Americans lol
death to america
you do not, under any circumstances, gotta hand it to em
:what-the-hell: the best part of any drive is seeing if there are flowers on the highway everything else sucks
“Anti-consumerism” is anti-humanism, and ultimately, a nazi ideology
Either this person has had terminal brainworms for so long it turned their brain into a soup or they're a fed. What the actual fuck is this sentence.
I just want health care socialista are so 2016 now we have I just want treats :so-true: socialists
There is the "consumeproduct" community that moved from Reddit to communities.win that is a hotbed of Nazis where they try to pipeline normies or leftists with anti-consumer posts.
Captain Planet meme combining the powers of Unapologetic Stalinists, Browderites, and massively brain-melted fascist CHUDs to produce the single most ridiculous "ideology" imaginable
I disagree strongly with like two of these, mainly the cars & "there are no limits to growth" ones, and have some caveats with the last point; but otherwise this isn't actually that terrible tbh.
That's how the Nazis got libs and socdems to vote for them. Emphasize a lot of stuff your audience would agree with (jobs, controlling inflation, public works projects) and then slowly mix in objectionable things gradually.
"Stalin did nothing wrong" is a dogwhistle for friendless internet weirdos. It's "stan LOONA" for the reddit left. It's a completely useless position that evidently does not inoculate you against fascism, doesn't connect you to any currently existing struggle against capitalism, and doesn't ingratiate your politics to any segment of the population outside the people who already say it. In this case, people who aren't communists are using it to trick people who are communists into thinking they're communists because they said the thing communists say.
:blocky-wat:

This is a lawn sign, not a manifesto. lmao
