My grandpa lived through your "glorious cultural revolution". One day the communists came to his village and said "all of you are now pee boys". They had to pee for hours on end to entertain party officials. Mao would scream at my grandpa, he'd scream "I want to see a yellow river out of you boy". Even as an old man, he would walk around crying and asking people if they wanted to watch him pee. That's what communism is. From each according to their ability.

It must be so damn easy to be an anti-communist, you can literally make stuff up on the spot and just call people "tankies" when they don't believe you.

mao was truly a terrible human being. he punished my friend’s cousin’s family for writing steven universe fanfic. burnt everything and made them do hard labor.

I really don't understand why anti-communists have to go so wild with their misinfo.

Like, I get they haven't actually read shit about communist history to bring up actual fuck-ups of this-or-that revolution but, like...

It always ends up as "Mao's pisswife ate my third granduncle twice removed's egg factory!"

TBH in my experience there's no one who hates literacy quite like university librarians

They're basically describing the piss version of chinese water torture so I'm 100% this is like "the propagandists barely disguised fetish" either at the poster or somewhere up the line from there. It's so obvious.

the maoist uprising against the landlords was the largest and most comprehensive proletarian revolution in history, and led to almost totally-equal redistribution of land among the peasantry
