As per always the negative outcomes of a strike should be blamed fully on whoever is not ceding to the strikers demands.

If you are ever once inconvenienced by any strike, think “Damn, the execs could end this this minute by simply agreeing to the demands”

Isn't this the fault of the execs who don't want to cede to writers demands?

Actually without those job providers the shows wouldn't exist at all, that's why when the writers are on strike there's no new content. I don't know how you don't get it :ancap-good:

Had a 100 year old patient that liked watching the gameshow network, either she didn't remember the episode or she never saw it so she enjoyed having it on to pass the time. Just casually catching up on all the reruns she could.

I’m sorry but if you kill yourself because you can’t watch season 38 of Modern Bazinga Mother 99, maybe there were other issues at play

It is difficult for me to imagine what "personal liberty" is enjoyed by an unemployed person, who goes about hungry, and cannot find employment.

Real liberty can exist only where exploitation has been abolished, where there is no oppression of some by others, where there is no unemployment and poverty, where a man is not haunted by the fear of being tomorrow deprived of work, of home and of bread. Only in such a society is real, and not paper, personal and every other liberty possible.

But replace all the economic needs with names of TV shows like big bang theory

The American TV industry could stop forever and it'd take you the rest of your life to run out of shit to watch. Especially if you (gasp!) occasionally watch something made in a country other than the US .

I'm going to assume, not out of any sincere conviction but out of a desire to avoid getting really mad, that he's a troll. My only evidence for this is the fact that his handle refers to a place where trolls traditionally live.

AUTHORITY: "I want to point it at them", phah! Quit your whining. Everyone knows how to do that! You're a special man. You're going to point it at yourself. Go ahead, show them.

It's weird because watching the terrible schlock they put out on TV right now makes me feel more like I want to end my life
