Normal thing to happen in the summer, problem solved, mission accomplished etc
No worries the pandemic is over so these deaths are just normal ones again. Like dying from the flu or exposure or starvation or a car accident or a school shooting. Nothing to worry about just normal rational parts of life
If you're about to die have you tried just not? The grim reaper hates these 3 simple tricks. Number 2 will SHOCK you
"Nobody I know is getting sick so it's not real!" -A guy whose wife has the "flu"
People are getting sick all the time but it's always ABC (anything but COVID).
So many people getting sick right now with "a cold" or something unidentifiable/nebulous. In the summer. Right.
Although, hell, because of immune dysregulation from COVID, I suppose not all of it may be COVID. Though the wastewater data is going up again.
And hospitalizations are going up now, despite no longer testing everyone admitted.
I wonder what proportion of hospitals are even testing for COVID anymore. Ugh.
I also saw something in the WSWS (yeah I know they're problematic but they have good COVID coverage) that said that the number of wastewater sites reporting data in the US has decreased by like 25% in recent weeks. Which sucks because I feel like that's the only thing left that has even a degree of usefulness in gauging COVID levels.
Though the wastewater data is going up again.
do you have a link where i can see this
And just when I was starting to feel good about the higher quality masks I just got
Our Years of Lead are going to be enforced by men with colostomy bags and one lung
What type of masks are yall getting? I work retail 8 hours a day and would love something better than my generic hospital mask provided by my job
KN95s. You cna get them at like target cheaply enough. They are I assume a good compromise between comfort and protection.
I bought a big box of KN95 masks a few months ago as a precautionary measure, you can get them for dirt cheap nowadays, but also the strap quality is terrible for me, I haven't found a good brand with straps that don't break if you do as much as direct a mean glance at them.
I've won KN95s before but they absolutely tear up my ears due to my big head carrying around this big leftist brain.
I'm willing to pay a little to maybe a lot extra for comfortable straps along with added protection.
