EstraDoll diet pro tips: Broccoli and Cauliflower. Eat all that stuff. Hungry? eat as much as you like. 1 pound of that has like 4 calories and great vitamins. Combine with lots of lean protein
Those some of my favorite veggies! I buy them frozen, since then they're already sliced up and ready to go in the pan. Do you use any seasoning or sauces on them?
nah, i buy them frozen, slap them in the michaelwave and then toss some lemon pepper on them sometimes

It's the bottom decade for a healthy bmi for my height, and then I can put on weight from there.
