      meow-hug I'm sorry you're struggling. My bottom dysphoria has never been that bad, at least not yet (except random erections, death to that, what a horrible thing and seems to love happening when I'm already sad). I hope you're able to make peace with it. It is very difficult and it sounds like you're really hurting.
