19% critic score and 98% audience score. clearly this means the film is a masterpiece and critics are simply too woke

I think most audience that wanted to see it came for the clapter value to begin with and other people didn't bother to review it.

It's "God is Not Dead" for... basically the same fucking demographic, really.

yeah, rotten tomatoes actually verifies audience scores now, and only chuds are buying tickets to this movie, so its ridiculously skewed. only boomers actually review stuff on RT anyway

rotten tomatoes is a mostly useless website and it's funny to me how people compare the critic and audience scores as if it means something

Chuds tend to see any difference between critic reviews and audience reviews as a sign of the DEI/woke/SJW cabal out to get them. grill-broke

the audience score exists solely for chud confirmation bias at this point. like how many people even have an account on RT (other than right-wing trolls)? most people who actually like watching and reviewing movies use letterboxd

      Never-Trumper republicans

They wouldn't make their money back because there's all of three of them in the whole damn country.

Most Republicans traded up to the even cheaper and campier model of flag-humping insincere performative patriotism. a-little-trolling

This movie looks like shit tbh

Like even if they made it about someone else it just looks like it would be a boring attempt to suck off its subject matter.

It looks like a hallmark made for tv movie. The one thing to look forward to are the memes that will spawn from this abomination.

I really enjoyed the way Fargo Season 2 portrayed Reagan, during his 1980 campaign. how many became magnetized by his celebrity despite themselves, and others quietly learned he was an empty suit.

I haven't watched a trailer, but the FB ads for this thing make it look like it was produced by the same team that did United Passions.

          Well, shit.

And I do remember Star Trek Enterprise did a clumsy "space 9/11" thing for a while, until Bakula argued with the writers to please dial back the revenge fantasy and actually have reconciliation, you know, like a Trek story.

Hilariously if they wanted to make a Hillary movie they had the chance to make it when she lost to Trump and for a short while after, but as time marches on it makes less and less sense to make one.

I totally would've watched a Hillary movie in the aftermath of her loss; a movie about 'the light itself' would've been epic.

US economically crumbling? Sounds like a good time for some propaganda and outright lies
