I think Gamers are right, we should just remove all pronouns, including he and her. Refer to everyone by name only.
Just have one gender neutral pronoun like in Finnish
Though in colloquial Finnish most people don't even bother using the one pronoun because it sounds too formal and just use the Finnish word for "it" when referring to other people instead
