            so maybe I should talk to doctor then, but then i have to make a phone call to the very nice people at my clinic (they are very sweet) and see my very nice doctor (i am very lucky, my last doctor quit and there's real problem with docs in my "city"

      cpa isn't FDA approved I think. I'm in EU where it's much more common than spiro and it is just better by the current literature. online english spaces tend to be US centric so you see a lot of spiro talk.

      The company that makes it literally cannot be bothered to apply to get it approved by the FDA so doctors aren’t allowed to prescribe it
