About a month ago, I told my wife she can use he/she/they pronouns for me.

She pretty much exclusively uses she/her and calls me her wife.

    Chat, what does this mean?

Tbh my gf has been experimenting with also using he/him pronouns, but I can’t really bring myself to because it feels like misgendering.

Try your best, especially if your gf is asking. My mom had a hard time accepting I was a woman after quite a few years as a dude, but she got there. It's not misgendering if your gf has explicitly asked you to.

      Always kinda sad :(

My ex had a friend who was cool with any pronouns, so we'd switch back and forth as often as we could lol.

Another friend of mine said she was cool with any before ultimately going with transitioning to binary trans femme and sticking with she/her.

I'm not sad! I said any of those pronouns and I meant it.

In fact, previously I had asked her to call me she/her exclusively, and I didn't really like it because I felt like she was just being polite and didn't really think I was a girl (projection).

But since I said she can call me whatever, I know she is choosing to call me she/her which is really cool.

I'm just wondering why she settled on it, but I don't want to ask her because I don't want to influence the decision thonk
