It was a pretty slow slide. He tested positive on June 28th, was admitted to the hospital 2 days after that, and then died like a month after being admitted.
Trump tested positive on Wednesday (or Thursday, not entirely sure) and was admitted 2-3 days later (well that number looks familiar), so he's absolutely not even close to being out of the woods

He sounds TERRIBLE in the two videos they have released and one side of his face looks awful. The worst hasn't hit him yet. This is still the early phase. As I said in other comments, give it by Thursday or Friday at the least.
The way the doctor at the press conference was happy to hand out good news but steadfastly refused to answer questions about results of lung scans means he absolutely has issues with his lungs.

I have no idea yet. It was diagnosed as bronchitis with bronchospasms but all the inhalers and drugs did fuck all to help. Ill be tested for asthma and other lung conditions soon.
I've been saying the best case scenario is him surviving but getting totally fucked up from it with some long-term problem like lung damage or blood clots. The image of Trump as a frail, withered shadow of his former self is stronger than him dying, which runs the risk of making him a martyr.
