Good advice I'm infrequent about exercise really I'll go for a month or two then fall out of it. When I did compound weight lifts I definitely noticed a decrease in pain. Doing more full lotus, horse stance and plough pose but deadlifts are great. Thanks
mypillow is a useless product (had one that was so bad we returned it for being defective then got another that was the same exact thing) but i've been really happy with a costco memory foam pillow and this thing too

nice, just checked, mine was "xtreme comforts" on amazon. it rules. came with enough filling to almost make a second pillow.
