Do the Palestinian people actually care if Harris or Trump is the American president?

Also I give my complete love and respect to the Palestinian people in their struggle against Israel. I have such deep admiration for Palestine and hope for liberation soon.

As an American I just want to say how sorry I am that the US keeps helping Israel. I wish there was more we could do to stop it, but honestly the US is basically an occupied country at this point and most people don't even realize it. Which brings me to my question, do most Palestinians at this point realize that they are being genocided, and that Israel intends to eradicate you all? Or are some still deluding themselves into believing that if they're really good boys and girls then Israel will stop one day?

I like to break my fast with thyme and Palestinian olive oil, one of the best types of oil in the world, and also with hummus and falafel. Most Palestinian people break their fast like this.

I made falafel for the first time a few weeks ago, all my friends loved it. I used chickpeas, parsley, a yellow onion, garlic paste, cumin, coriander, black pepper, and some harissa. Is there a certain style or recipe that your neighbors in Gaza would commonly use?

The videos of settlers bulldozing centuries-old olive trees in the West Bank made my blood boil.

Yes, this is our way in Gaza. This is how we make falafel, and it is wonderful that you and your friends like it. The Zionists want to destroy everything trees, humans, animals, anything. They do not have a heart.

I'm fine now, but I'm not okay, honestly, because the massacres don't stop. Death is everywhere. Yesterday, they bombed 16 houses in Jabalia, in northern Gaza, and more than 200 people were killed.

At the beginning of the war, it was very difficult to provide the Internet and it was only available in specific places, but now Internet companies have been able to provide the Internet in most places.

That’s good. The fact that people can see what’s happening there due to videos and images from Palestinians is having a huge effect in overcoming the pro-Israel media narratives in the West. Incidentally I saw Israel claim the other day that they bombed a hospital because Hamas was ‘using it for internet access’ which is so absurd even by their standards.

They lie in order to cover up the massacres and crimes they commit. They always say that in order to exclude schools, hospitals, mosques and churches. They do not want us to actually live ,it is ethnic cleansing

Are people rebuilding infrastructure that is destroyed by the IOF? I would think that it is disheartening to put all that time and effort into maintaining utilities that are at at such high risk of getting bombed again. How is your access to clean water these days?

No, no one is doing the restoration because there is no equipment and no building materials. However, we have restored some hospitals, but during the previous days they were destroyed again. Obtaining drinking water is very difficult and expensive.

Yeah it is understandable to feel that way. Its our duty as humans to stand up for eachother and to fight against evil like the evils of Zionism. I am not even in Gaza and it makes me angry so i can not imagine how angry it makes you. This anger is normal and justified. I hope that we will both live much longer than the Zionist Israeli Occupation continues to exist, and that you also have a belly full of food and empty skies overhead today.

Know that there are people in the world who fight for this genocide to stop everyday, and that will not rest until all of Palestine is free from Israeli occupation.

What do you think of the western image of Hamas as religiously conservative islamists who wants to oppress women, LGBTQ people etc.?

Is there any internal opposition to the resistance inside Gaza? Is there people who wants to align themselves with the west and believe that some sort of deal can be worked out with the zionists?

Throughout its life, Hamas has not oppressed women, and there are no gay people in Gaza , and everything that is said by the Zionist Western media is a lie. None of the Palestinians are against the resistance

        no gay people in Gaza

I know of at least one, Bashar Murad, who performed with satirical anti-capitalist band Hatari when the Zionist entity hosted Eurovision. He has not spoken of any oppression by his fellow Palestinians and the Zionists of course make no distinction between individual Palestinians. I remember seeing Zionist misinformation that he would have been safer in Tel Aviv than Gaza, which seems a cruel joke after the Al-Aqsa flood and the Zionist aggression after.

The band Hatari were under a lot of pressure to boycott the contest, but they decided tried to use the opportunity to bring focus on the Palestinian people.

        By making a music video
showing the Palestinian flag during the points ceremony
making a documentary about the whole thing

The Icelandic People stand with you. The Iceland-Palestine association has been doing great work since 1987 in combating Zionist lies and was instrumental in Iceland recognizing Palestinian independence in 2011
