That’s about right! I think this is a pretty good list. Little nuanced ones that are perhaps worth noting that the hair texture will also change on your head, and appetite as well. Many of us also on hrt report exhaustion, likely due to the body doing puberty 2.0.

The routines for me are really self love, but yes it is definitely more labor.

I’m not a medical professional, and I like to note that the effects of e are really not permanent or visible for the first month+. However, I and many other trans folk on T and E report that those emotional changes are really just something we could never go without again.

Give it a try if you’re curious! In all likelihood, you’ll know if E is for you pretty fast. I knew within 2 weeks.

I'm gonna try it. I'm just trying to get my mind straight and figure out what I want. Tbh, most of my dysphoria comes from my face and facial hair, and I wonder if I should be looking into FFS instead of hormones, but also I don't want to get surgery.

So, listing out the benefits of HRT helps me see what I want, and I'm trying to make sure that it's what I want instead of me just following what everyone else is doing. Usually, when I'm considering hormones, I'm having a fit of dysphoria and anxiety, and I'm not really thinking clearly. But at the moment, I'm feeling very stable, so I want to have a sober look at it.

Tbh, I'm more scared that I'll try it and not like it, so that's probably indicative of how I feel about it.

      Thank you~
